SBS offers PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. It is Two-Year Full-Time Program, Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Recognized by Directorate of Maharashtra (DTE), Government of Maharashtra.
PGDM program offered by SASMIRA’s Business School (SBS) is a unique program offering functional Specialization with sectorial exposure with emphasis on developing transformational leadership among the students. The PGDM program at SBS emphasizes on practice-based and experiential learning. This course is conducted on a trimester basis with six trimesters spread across two academic years. Learning by Doing and Experiential Learning are the two guiding principles of pedagogy in SBS. PGDM program encompasses a broad range of learning techniques including case studies, simulations, real life projects, debates and discussions with senior executives of organizations, summer internship projects, industrial visits, seminars, guest and expert lectures, short term courses, workshops and many more.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A full-time program taught by the best of faculty and industry practitioners. In order to secure admission to PGDM course, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria: Qualification:
  • All applicants should possess a Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
    Freshers as well as experienced candidates are eligible to apply for PDGM Program.
  • Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate from any University, recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/AICTE, are eligible for post graduate studies in management. Candidates should be Graduate of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/AICTE, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only). They may also possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India
  • Candidates who are appearing for the final year examination of any Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the AIU can also apply. Such candidates can apply for provisional admission subject to passing the Degree examination with the percentage of marks mentioned above, submitting the same immediately on declaration of the result, failing which their admission will be cancelled as per the rules.
  •  Entrance Test Accepted (Any One):
    For PGDM intake, the scores of the following exams are accepted as well as any other qualifying exam conducted by the approved authority. CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAH-CET

Applicants are evaluated based on MH-CET/CMAT/CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT scores or any other qualifying exam conducted by the approved authority, past academic performance, essays, work experience and performance in the personal interview and group discussions
