Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

PGDM is a Two-Year Full-Time Program, Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Recognized by Directorate of Maharashtra (DTE), Government of Maharashtra.
PGDM program offered by SASMIRA’s Business School (SBS) is a unique program offering functional Specialization with sectorial exposure with emphasis on developing transformational leadership among the students. The PGDM program at SBS emphasizes on practice-based and experiential learning. This course is conducted on a semester basis with four semesters spread across two academic years.
Learning by Doing and Experiential Learning are the two guiding principles of pedagogy in SBS. PGDM program encompasses a broad range of learning techniques including case studies, simulations, real life projects, debates and discussions with senior executives of organizations, summer internship projects, industrial visits, seminars, guest and expert lectures, short term courses, workshops and many more.

Major & Minor Specialization

Faculty Development Program (FDP)

Management teachers play a vital role in nurturing proficient future managers in business and non-business organizations. Hence it is essential for management teachers to have an in-depth knowledge of general management principles, latest research and industrial developments, practical understanding of necessary pedagogical techniques and research skills.
Against this backdrop, the Faculty Development Program (FDP) at SBS endeavors to add to the professional development of management professionals and academicians presently working in various management institutions and business schools across India.
SBS FDP program includes various modules that provide training on core general management principles, pedagogical techniques (including case method), cutting-edge research methods and latest developments in specialized areas.
